Permanent Part Time Concierge Position

Seeking a permanent part-time Concierge for a luxury condominium in downtown Sarasota. Typical weekly work shift is Wednesday-Friday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Duties include greeting homeowners and visitors, providing access for vendors, accepting reservations for guest suite, answering phone, delivering newspapers and packages, incident reporting to manager. This is a part-time position (approx. 23 hours per week). Fill in days will be needed when full time concierge is on vacation or has scheduled time off. Must be dependable, have reliable transportation, be able to work independently, and fluent in English.
