Requirements- Must have minimum of 2yrs experience leading high performing canvassing teams using Kpi data to coach and develop canvassers to execute high level results.
Must have a vast knowledge of canvassing laws and limitations to insure that your team has the best opportunity for success.
This is an active leadership role. You will be required to lead your team to success by leading the performance of your team. You will be expected to produce with your team.
This candidate will have a vast knowledge of training skills and techniques that will enhance the teams skill with daily training in the office both in a group setting as well as one on one development.
This candidate will be expected to create and develop a winning culture and team atmosphere focusing on individual performance and create a passion for being a winning team mate.
