I need some quick look up of Florida Supreme Court cases regarding a tort action; looking for definition of elements of a certain cause of action; will require access to either Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw; Need to conclude within 48-72 hours Would like to review cases as you find them to be sure we are on the same track. Looking for 2 definitions. I need to stay economical; would like to pay hourly and a guarantee minimum.
