Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their renovation needs and provide tailored solutions.

Lead Generation: Utilize your network and our marketing channels to bring in high-quality leads. Additionally, you will receive 5-9 pre-qualified lead appointments weekly, with project values ranging from $34,000 to $560,000.

Project Estimation: Collaborate with project managers and designers to develop accurate and competitive estimates.

Systems-Oriented: Follow our established systems and processes to ensure best results and maintain consistent best

practices across all projects.

Sales Process Management: Handle contracts, client follow-ups, and closing deals with precision.

Customer Journey Enhancement: Create memorable experiences for clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals.

Experienced Closer: You’ve got a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially in the home renovation or construction industries.

Relationship Builder: You know how to build trust with clients and provide value at every step of the sales process.
