Have the ability to work outside in the heat and be able to handle heavy lifting.

We correct design and installation flaws, which result in water intrusion into commercial buildings, mostly condominiums. We service multiple needs of an association on a client basis, usually spanning several years. We do not advertise because our reputation provides as much business as we need. We do lots of different and interesting stuff, which makes a difference in peoples lives. Working with our team is a bit like going to construction school. Almost all of our work is in Pinellas County – no travel! We provide vehicles and major equipment. Our workload has remained steady throughout the past 20+ years and has even increased during recessions. We are fully licensed and carry all necessary insurances. We have been in business in Pinellas County over 30 years.
