Broward Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Spanish fluent Call Center Supervisor and Trainer to join our team. We need a Call Center Supervisor and Trainer who can assist in the onboarding and training process to make sure that new employees are prepared to take calls with compassion and caring, and continue to support, monitor progress and supervise Customer Service Representatives after initial training. The Call Center Supervisor helps with initial training and preparation and ongoing monitoring of new Customer Service Representatives, assist representatives with questions and escalated calls, and preparation of reports to ensure goals are being met.
Applicants should have call center supervisory experience, be proficient with computers, have the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and seeking a stable and long-term position.
