Our Fort Lauderdale office is looking for a qualified individual to work in a fast paced environment performing basic office duties while assisting with daily tasks.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Coordinate and assist with payroll with reports
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Inputting client information into our system
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

The schedule is Monday - Friday, from 10:00am - 7:00pm
