What You’ll Do- sales and operations manager
Oversee daily sales and operations for the Hobe Sound and palm beach locations
Lead the sales process in the commercial and residential space following our proven plan of action, implementation of all company processes while leading the
Recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales representatives
Sales representatives- marketing, in home and business sales estimating
Implement and manage our proven sales process
All candidates must possess and
Maintain strong organizational systems and ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with leadership to help open and grow new Premium Painters locations
Monitor performance metrics, set goals, and drive results
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales management or operations (painting industry experience is a plus but not necessary)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to train and motivate a team to meet and exceed goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly driven, professional, and process-oriented
