Job Title: Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Management (Proposal) Jobe Code: 16161 Job Location: Alpharetta, GA (remote considered) Job Description:

Leads Procurement and Supply Chain Staff in developing, processing, reviewing and submitting compliant SCM material and labor estimates for domestic and international pursuits.

Leads the team in expediting the Material Proposal Process through expediting and updating supplier quotations.

Leads team in all necessary activities to deliver competitive and compliant responses to customer proposal requests.

Builds favorable relationships with the Business Development, Program Management and Engineering functions.

Attends and supports internal meetings and reviews.

Assist with development of SOWs.

Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and internal stakeholders to meet program needs as required

Maintains accurate and auditable records while setting material EAC values and CMLs

Demonstrated understanding of Material Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Program Management and Subcontract Management work streams to accurately reflect labor hours within pursuits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills: (These are additional skills and experience that would be preferred in ideal candidates but not a deal breaker)

PMP Certification

Knowledge of EVMS principles

SCPM or APICS Certification

Yellow, Green or Blackbelt Certification
