We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook / EXPO / DISHWASHERS to join our Kitchen team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Support catering events as needed, preparing dishes for off-site services.
Uphold high standards of culinary excellence, contributing to a fine dining experience.
Experience
Previous experience as a cook or dietary aide in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required.
Experience in fine dining or catering environments will be advantageous.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen atmosphere.
