Position: Head of Sales / Sales Manager
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Develop the Sales Team: Manage and mentor a small team of 2–3 sales reps.
Set & Achieve KPIs: Collaborate with the founder to establish and track key sales metrics aligned with overall company goals.
Drive New Business: Develop strategic plans to close new deals and expand our customer base.
Own the Sales Cycle: Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and ensure deals get across the finish line.
Commitment:
5–10 Hours per Week: Ideal for someone currently working a 9–5 but hungry to break into the startup world.
Flexible Schedule: Work around your existing commitments while still making a huge impact.
Compensation:
Equity-Based: Perfect for the entrepreneurial mindset—trade short-term compensation for the potential of a significant payoff when we raise our seed round later this year.
