Description
Hands on lead man subcontractor(s) with solid experience in – Exterior remodeling – Building decks, screen porches, sun rooms, porticos, front porches, siding, fascia & soffit, chimney boxes. Strong skill-set in pulling a project together to completion and on time. Knowledge of code requirements for decks and screen porches/sun rooms. Detailed/finishing skills is a must. Clean cut and professional.
No sales/salesman required.
General Information
We are a licensed residential/light commercial remodeling company of 18 years based out of Kennesaw, offering a comfortable work environment and competitive subcontracted pay based on per project. We are look for individuals who are honest, polite, conscientious of their work and work environment, has good work ethic, and communication skills. Our client’s houses we typically work in are in the 600K to 900K range. This is a lead man position. Again, must possesses strong finish skills, and can pull a project together to completion, on time and comply to building codes.
The areas we mostly work in are – North of Atlanta – Smyrna, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, Canton, Roswell, and Alpharetta.
Liability Insurance and workman’s comp can be discussed at appropriate time.
