Senior Deal Desk Analyst

The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Global Deal Strategy & Deal Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Global Deal Operations, they will own design, management, and progression of all analytics, metrics, and KPIs related to measuring our non-standard deals and processes (with collaboration from other team members and x-functional partners). You will support all of the team’s key data deliverables like discount benchmarking, forecasts, SLA performance, deal life cycle, expansion/renewals and ad hoc analysis of the business. You will also serve as a key business partner for both deal strategy & deal operations, as well as all teams coordinating with us, such as Product Ops, Sale Ops, RevAccounting, and Sales Enablement. You will promote data driven analytics + decision making in support of our growth objectives. In this role, you will facilitate the analysis of all non-standard and complex deals, and help identify paths to deepening the team’s capacity, velocity, and process efficiency. The Deal Desk’s overarching goal is identifying structural solutions/exceptions that limit risk while ensuring a competitive advantage to our sales teams.
