Description We are one working with one of North Georgia's largest and most reputable organizations, renowned for their dedication to excellence in the field and their strong commitment to employee welfare.Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Leave Administrator to join our client's dynamic HR team. The HR Leave Administrator will be responsible for management and administration of employee leaves of absence in accordance with federal and state laws, as well as company policies.Job Responsibilities:Oversee and administer all leave programs, including but not limited to FMLA, USERRA, disability leave, and personal leaveServe as the primary point of contact for all leave of absence concerns, providing guidance to employees and managersMaintain all leave information in HRIS, ensuring accurate tracking and recordkeepingDevelop and maintain communication materials related to leave administrationCollaborate with HR team members and management to ensure seamless employee supportAdminister all aspects of Workers' Compensation claimsStay up-to-date with federal and state leave laws, making necessary adjustments to company policiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience in leave administration or related HR roleProficient knowledge of state and federal leave regulationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skillsProficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.Preferred Skills:Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantageSHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plusRequirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience in leave administration or related HR roleProficient knowledge of state and federal leave regulationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skillsProficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.Preferred Skills:Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantageSHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification is a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
