Broker on Record Opportunity – Georgia
A small real estate company is seeking a licensed Georgia Broker to serve as Broker on Record.
Position Details:
Compensation: $300 per transaction.
Company does 2-5 transactions per month.
Scope: This is a limited oversight position. The company currently has no affiliated agents and no escrow accounts.
Responsibilities: No supervision of agents, no drafting of paperwork, or day-to-day business operations required. The role is primarily to maintain compliance to allow the company to continue listing rental properties and homes for sale.
Reason for Opening: Current broker is retiring.
