 Conduct consultative sales by evaluating customer needs, process requirements, and ROI expectations to recommend tailored solutions.
 Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including engineering, maintenance, purchasing, and executive-level stakeholders.
 Project & CAPEX Management SupportLead the sales process for complex investment goods, including specification clarification, solution design collaboration, cost-benefit analysis, and proposal generation.
 Guide customers through internal approval cycles (e.g., CAPEX justification), providing technical and financial documentation to support investment cases.
 Collaborate with customers’ project management and engineering teams to align sales efforts with installation and integration timelines.
   Technical & Commercial ExpertiseMaintain deep knowledge of automation, control systems, or capital equipment (e.g., robotics, PLCs, HMIs, motion systems, process valves).
 Present product value propositions and technical demonstrations to end users and influencers such as engineers, plant managers, and C-level executives.
