Facility Manager

 Lead Facility team to support all Facility Management operationsEnsure internal Facility Management operates effectivelyDirecting, coordinating and planning essential central services such as heating supply, water supply, electricity supply, security, maintenance and repair of building’s technical systems, cleaning of building common areas, waste disposalEnsure that all works in the assigned facilities are carried out according to best practice standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulationsEnsure that all works in the assigned facilities are carried out according to best practice standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulationsManage contract renewals and record SLA’s etc.Liaise with suppliers and be responsible for supplier engagementFacility rebuild project management, monitoring and commissioningFacility maintenance budget planning, control and optimization of costsResponding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequencesOversee Facility Management personnel and assess its performanceCreate and maintain comprehensive facility related documentation, including policies, proceduresReview and ensure all appropriate legal paperwork (contracts and terms of agreement, SLAs)Participating in due diligence of building’s structures and engineering systems to determine the need for repairs or renovations, costs acknowledgement
