Construction Program Management

AECOM Technical Services, Inc., is seeking a Construction Program Management in Honolulu, HI.Job responsibilities:Manage airport capital improvement projects with the owner, designer, planners, and/or contractors, including project schedules, statuses, budgets, contract drafting, contract maintenance, permitting, planning, and FAA coordination and requirements.Review and coordinate local and federal environmental policy act documentation.Develop projects, project descriptions, project scopes, fee estimates, data sheet development, and concurrence forms. Review construction safety and phasing plans, and plan sets of other designers/contractors.Participate in safety risk assessment meetings (pre and panel meetings) as a subject matter expert.Assist in FAA airport improvement program grant reporting and FAA airport improvement program grant applications.Lead projects on a variety of studies and analyses.Provide and maintain airfield master schedules, runway closure schedules, and construction updates posted to DOT website.Up to 10% travel required to project locations in Hawaii.Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week.
