Kitchen Manager – Daytime Hours and a $1,000 Bonus!

Kapena's Catering is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead our catering team. This is a full-time, 5-day workweek position with daytime hours (7:00am–3:30pm, days off may vary) and occasional shifts on a Trilogy boat overseeing food service. You’ll coordinate daily kitchen operations, help with menu development, handle ordering/inventory, support staff, and jump in as needed. We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of kitchen/food service experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a team-first mindset. Pay $78,000/annual, plus a $1,000 New Hire Bonus after 90 days of good performance.
