We are looking for Construction Site Assistant to join our growing team. This is for a full-time position with benefits starting at $22 per hour. We offer a healthy work-life balance for all positions. Job site will be located at Waiki'i, Big Island.
Job assignments are indoors and outdoors remodeling and building high-end custom homes on the West side of the Big Island.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Willingness to follow directions and learn new skills
-Perform as a positive member of a team
-Use Smartphone to track assigned tasks and report progress to leaders
-Highlight any issues and properly communicating them to leaders
-Maintain open and ongoing communication with all team members
-Follow all worksite safety protocols
-Represent the company with professionalism and high work ethics
Requirements:
-Must be in good physical condition and able to walk, crawl, bend, stand on ladders and scaffolding, lift and carry heavy materials/supplies and work in a variety of interior and exterior environments
-Ability to use basic tools as assigned and instructed
-Willingness to perform a variety of tasks including cleaning, dust control, maintenance and other manual labor assignments
-Willingness to follow directions and respond to multiple changes in task assignments
-Ability to conform to job site safety
-Possess a reliable vehicle and have a current driver's license
-Good communication skills (timely, responsive, open and honest)
-The work ethic of dependability (on time, focused on work, works entire shift, works all day as assigned)
