Position: Farm Worker
Responsibilities:
Seeding and planting of produce and ornamental plants
Harvesting crops
General cultivation tasks including weeding, watering, and soil preparation
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Other duties as needed to support farm operations
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation
Willingness to learn and take direction
No experience necessary - we will train the right candidate
