We are seeking a serious, reliable, and responsible individual with a cheerful and positive attitude to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is neat, organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Reports to: Resident / General Manager, Full-Time or Part-Time, Work Schedule: Hours and days may vary based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities: Register all new residents and input data into the computer system, Answer phone calls and assist residents, vendors, and guests, Perform general office duties including filing and maintaining organized records, Place orders for office, housekeeping, and maintenance supplies, Process invoices, debit card purchases, check deposits, and check requests, Operate the Keri access system, copy machine, and computer applications as needed, Maintain accurate records of funds collected for elevator, cabana, and conference room use, Schedule move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and contractor visits, Maintain inventory of office and facility supplies, Keep bulletin boards updated and presentable, Prepare and send out letters, notices, and other communications, Perform additional duties as assigned by the Resident / General Manager
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficient with computers and office equipment
Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
