Looking for an Executive Assistant to the Owner of a Construction Company. Will need to multitask, outside of the box thinking for a fast-paced construction company. Will report to and work side by side with the Owner and Vice President. Need to have computer skills with Microsoft Office. Will need to have own transportation and have driver's license to do errands on occasion. Tasks will be for personal and business. Duties will include keeping track of company vehicles (repairs, maintenance, safety, registration and insurance), Field certifications, attendance log, human resource tasks (new hire packets, separations, write ups, employee updates, etc.).
