I'm an entrepreneur that has been based in Oahu past 8 years. I have multiple companies, and I'm seeking a well organized executive assistant capable of supporting multiple businesses and various tasks, and supporting one other executive.
Primary Focus will be:
1) AR/AP (Must be experienced with QuickBooks Online)
2) Insurance
3) Company registrations, compliance, etc
4) Liaison to legal, accounting, payroll, and other vendors
5) Special Research
Other duties may come up based on skill level and interests, including social media and podcasts
Can work mostly remote with occasional (1-2x week at Pearl City office)
