Experienced Maintenance Person

Experienced maintenance person needed for 70 unit south shore resort. Must be a self starter. You will be responsible for full maintenance of irrigation system, exterior of buildings, pool, and tennis courts. No interior of rental unit work. We perform most maintenance work ourselves. Applicants must have extensive painting, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills and live on island. If you do not, please do not apply. $30 to start or more depending on experience. We offer a full medical and dental benefits package available after two months and an IRA available after two years. We are looking for a long term employee. Our crew here averages 10 plus years onsite. Requires a drug test and a background check. Please send your resume or work experience.
