The Superintendent oversees daily field operations for commercial and industrial painting and coating projects. This role ensures that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining schedule and budget compliance. The Superintendent acts as the primary liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients.

Qualifications
5+ Years of Field Experience
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Strong experience with specialty coatings (e.g. epoxy, intumescent, elastomeric)
