As a System Compatibility Technician 1, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring our systems operate flawlessly, contributing to our ambitious goals.This Technician role in Boise, ID values your skills in fixing, installing, updating, and modifying hardware and software. Join a collaborative team committed to excellence.Responsibilities:

Assemble, configure, and fix PCs and servers to ensure flawless operation.

Collaborate with the engineering team to set up and modify test platforms using interposers or ball grid array (BGA) sockets.

Provide outstanding support by resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process

Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings

Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.

Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required

May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience using logic analyzers and oscilloscopes to collect and analyze data preferred.

Proven expertise in hardware, firmware, and software understanding is helpful, but not required.

Knowledge of Micron Modules is an asset but not mandatory.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on days or nights, including some weekends.

Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

A new perspective that embraces continuous improvement for our processes or products.

Education and Experience:

Associate's degree or other technical training, including military background, is preferred.

Knowledge in computer systems and/or DRAM operation.

Demonstrated ability to work strictly within industry standards and protocols to ensure system compatibility.

Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and competitive environment is advantageous.
