Do you excel in collaborative environments where team members learn from each other and drive progress through cross-functional projects?As a Balsam Brands Growth Strategist, you will support highly impactful projects across multiple functions of our fast-growing omni-channel retail & eCommerce company. You will work closely with senior leaders and team members across all functional areas, supporting projects in diverse areas such as partnerships and strategic alliances, business development, international new markets, retail, operations strategy, business-to-business sales, and more. You will participate in the planning and implementation of strategic projects in a fun, creative, and inspiring work environment.This full-time position reports to the Senior Growth Manager and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.What you’ll do: You will be an integral part of the team leading innovative and out-of-the-box initiatives across our brand portfolio. This could include:Researching opportunities for new products and servicesInvestigating and evaluating a variety of innovative business development projectsDeveloping and executing new business modelsAssessing and advancing new international market opportunitiesPursuing, evaluating, and testing brand-aligned strategic partnershipsWhat you bring to the table: Undergraduate degree2+ years of relevant experienceCreative and analytical mind; strong analytical skillsAbility to work with both qualitative and quantitative informationStrong research skillsStrong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn & try new approachesProject management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel & PowerPointSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbout Us: Balsam Brands is a global, eCommerce retailer with roots in holiday and home décor. Where an individual falls within that range will vary based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on candidate qualifications and experience, applicable skills, and other job-related factors.
