Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who enjoys keeping spaces neat and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable atmosphere and likes being part of a positive, team-focused workplace.
At this time, the position starts as part-time (around 20+ hours per week), but as our business continues to grow, it’s expected to transition into a full-time role.
What You’ll Do
Keep customer areas, offices, and shop spaces clean, organized, and inviting
Handle daily cleaning tasks, including trash, recycling, and restroom upkeep
Keep entryways and outdoor areas tidy and well-presented
Restock and organize cleaning and restroom supplies
Perform light maintenance (changing light bulbs, touch-up painting, small fixes)
Help with organizing parts, tools, or deliveries when needed
Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Who You Are
Dependable, detail-focused, and takes pride in doing things right
Enjoys creating a clean, organized space where others feel comfortable
Works well independently and as part of a small, friendly team
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and move easily around the shop
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Has basic maintenance or repair skills (preferred, not required)
Able to pass a background check
