Looking for a general manager for our well established landscaping-Hardscape and snow removal company ( over 40 years )

Pay will START at 30an hour
Requirements are:
1.must speak fluent English
2. Must have experience atleast 2 years in management
3. Legal citizenship un US and have DL
4. General landscaping and construction knowledge
5.must be good with people
6 . Wiling to grow and learn
We work 9 months out the year and then do snow removal but we pay a salary in the winter months whether it snows or not as well
