Job Description
● ARTCANVAS is looking to hire, for a full-time position, a highly-motivated staff member to join our driven and innovative team located in Niles, IL. The new employee will serve as the main Customer Service Representative for the company. To perform this task the candidate will have a passion for customer service and assisting and helping others. The candidate will also have a desire to stay focused on the company goals to grow personally and professionally. The chosen candidate will undergo in-house training and report directly to the President of ARTCANVAS Inc.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
● Answer calls and reply to emails generated by various sales channels where ARTCANVAS sells products.
● Maintain and improve customer service email reply templates.
● Reply to customers accurately and with attention to detail.
● Work closely with other team members to make sure customer needs are met and exceeded.
● Adjust projects based on feedback from team leaders and team members.
● Assist with various ongoing company projects and tasks (including art-rollout and research projects) when time allows.
Knowledge and Skills
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability multitask and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
● Strong time-management and organizational skills.
● Ability to follow processes and work in a methodical manner.
● Self-reliant, critical thinker, problem solver, results oriented with high ethical standards, trustworthy and a "can do" attitude.
Qualifications
● Associates or a Bachelor's degree.
● 1-2+ years of applicable work experience.
Qualified applicant will receive full time job: $38,000 per year salary and a benefit package with 2 weeks of vacation, 1 week of sick time and 6 paid holidays.
