Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Events Program Manager to lead and execute our large-scale first-party online and offline events, including CreatorCon, World Forums, and Developer Days. This role will focus on delivering high-impact, engaging experiences that drive community growth and engagement.Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies that align with community goals and enhance participant experience.

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and community teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and attendee engagement strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, and partners, to ensure successful event participation and collaboration.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for events, analyzing feedback and data to continuously improve future initiatives.

Content Development: Collaborate with teams to curate relevant and engaging session topics and materials that resonate with community interests and needs.

Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event assessments, gathering feedback and insights to inform future events and enhance overall community engagement.

To be successful in this role you have:

8+ years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the tech industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events from concept to execution.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Familiarity with community engagement strategies and tools is a plus.

Ability to travel about 20% required for event execution.

FD21For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $116,600 - $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
