We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and providing pipe, manhole and concrete estimates. The ideal candidate must be able to work under very tight time frames handling multiple estimates and responsibilities simultaneously.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
-Review and analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, scope of work, and other documents to accurately create a budget proposal.
-Perform quantity takeoffs, gather materials and provide pricing.
-Regular attendance and physical presence at work are essential functions of this position.
Qualifications:
-Extensive knowledge of all aspects of water, sewer materials.
-Must have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
-Experience with providing pipe, manhole, concrete estimates.
