Regional Security company is seeking a qualified Armed Security Officer.
Location: Hodgkin's IL
Start date: asap
Shift Time: 2pm - 10pm
5-6 days available.
Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activity
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activity
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and protect property
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Skills:
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old- High school diploma or equivalent is required- Must have a valid driver's license
