About the Role
We are seeking 1099 independent contractors for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Will County and DuPage County, Illinois. Work with a reputable, growing company that values quality workmanship and integrity.
Responsibilities
-Roofing installation and repair
-Gutter installation, cleaning, and repair
-Roof inspections and siding work
-Adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
Requirements
-Experienced crews in roofing, siding, and gutter services
-Must have own tools, reliable transportation and ability to work independently
-Carry General Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto Insurance
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
-Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
-Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-Drug screening and criminal background check required
