Engineer II, Manufacturing

We are seeking a talented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Jasper, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new or improved manufacturing processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements across our production facilities.Analyze, develop, and recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products and processesCreate and coordinate the implementation of manufacturing process improvementsConduct feasibility studies and introduce designs and drawings to the Manufacturing teamDevelop and optimize CNC programs for manufacturing operationsAnalyze existing operating methods and initiate new approaches to enhance economy and qualityCoordinate prototype drawings for products or processes with necessary support personnelCollaborate with process associates to address concerns regarding processes, safety, and equipmentProvide daily support to manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting equipment and generating programs as neededAssist in layout changes and equipment moves for existing or new equipment introductionsSupport and develop the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) process in productionEvaluate and justify new equipment and process needsApply lean manufacturing tools to troubleshoot and support productionParticipate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
