Scrum Master

The Scrum Master partners with the Sr Scrum Master or Lead Scrum Master to assist in creating high performing scrum teams through increasing team efficiencies and driving accountability to meet committed team deliverables. Seeks to motivate and facilitate the scrum teams to self-organization, high quality, and team ownership. Works as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
