We are currently hiring Production and Assembly Associates to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include:
Assembling HVAC units and components on the production line
Operating basic manufacturing equipment and tools
Assisting in material handling, packaging, and shipping tasks
Supporting quality inspections and following safety standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse is preferred but not required
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
