Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairs on production equipment during operations and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Utilize your mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Perform maintenance tasks on plant facility systems, including air compressors, nitrogen lines, plumbing, and lighting systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment in compliance with safety regulations.Responsibilities

Perform repairs on production equipment during operations and carry out scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Perform maintenance tasks on plant facility systems, including air compressors, nitrogen lines, plumbing, and lighting systems.

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, test and adjust equipment.

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to execute required maintenance and servicing tasks.

Install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet operational specifications and improve system performance.

Assist in maintaining Total Production Maintenance (TPM) program to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.

Maintain a safe and secure work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Essential Skills

Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with PLC experience.

Experience with electrical circuits, robotics, CNC controlled machinery, pumps, fluid power, welding, cutting, grinding, and heat treatment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.

Familiarity with 3-phase and single-phase motors.

Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems related to mechanical machinery and equipment.

Skills in written communication, personal computer operation, and the ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, ladder logic diagrams, and equipment services.

Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.

Knowledge of lockout/tag-out procedures.

Capability of welding and steel fabrication.

Experience in running conduit and pulling wire to install or move equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with TPS and/or TPM is a plus.

Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all PM on assigned equipment.

Perform all levels of PMs, and also perform basic repairs.

Knowledge of DC Control Circuits voltages to 24 VDC.

Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and painting.

The noise level ranges from quiet in the office to moderate to noisy within OSHA standards in the production and warehouse areas. Non-standard work schedules such as weekends and/or holidays may be required. Required PPE includes safety shoes (steel toe or composite toe) and safety glasses while working in the production area. Must remain stationary for long periods of time and be able to bend, twist, stoop, and squat. Required to frequently move around the facility.
