HANDYMAN NEEDED AT LEXINGTON CONDO ASSOCIATION

Fox and Hound Condominium Association is looking for a handyman to do various types of work for the association. Candidates must be able to do a variety of handyman jobs and have reliable transportation. We offer a free room, with access to a kitchen and bathroom in exchange for being on call 24/7 for emergencies. One weekend per month off. This is an as needed position with a 10 hours per week guarantee. The pay is $25 per hour. This is a part time position. Drug testing, background checks and references are required.
