Sheet Metal Mechanics and Foreman Needed
Baton Rouge based company has immediate need foe experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman, Mechanics, and Entry Level Helpers. We have projects all along the I-10/I-12 corridor from Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans and the North Shore.
Company provided HVAC ductwork installation for large commercial construction projects. We are looking for highly motivated, dependable individuals with a strong focus with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and safety as well as a desire to excel within the company.

Experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman and Mechancis
- Foreman must have at least ten (10) year's experience in the HVAC Sheet Metal Trade and must be able to perform a variety of duties including supervision, planning, layout, fabrication, assembly, and repair of the sheet metal duct work.
- Mechanics must have at least five (5) year's experience. Must be able to safely and proficiently operate tools and equipment related to the sheet metal duct work trade. Able to perform a variety of duties including planning, layout, fabrication, assembly and repair of sheet metal ductwork.
Entry Level HVAC Sheet Metal Helpers
-Earn while you learn a trade. We are always looking for individuals with initiative that are hardworking, dependable, and have a strong desire to learn the trade can earn $50k per year after only 18 months on the job!
Must have your own tools and be familiar with safety regulations and procedures. Must have transportation and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Physical - must be able to stand or walk for long period; use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects; lift and carry material weighing 50 to 75 pounds; climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other climbing devices; carry tools and equipment; work while stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions; be able to see correctly or with correction, to be able to safety perform tasks.
