Leasing Assistant

Description We are offering a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity for a Leasing Assistant with our client in Covington, Louisiana. This role falls within the property management industry and will provide the selected individual with the opportunity to handle a variety of tasks related to leasing and tenant management.Responsibilities: Handle tenant interactions including calls and walk-ins in a detail oriented and efficient manner Accurately process lease ups and other related documents Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and account support tasks Answer inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to all callers Maintain and update filing systems regularly for efficient record management Assist in property management and leasing consultant tasks as and when required Handle correspondence with tenants and other stakeholders effectively Learn and adapt to new property management systems and processes Ensure all tenant records are accurate and up to date Resolve any tenant inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented mannerRequirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential Experience with Microsoft Outlook is required Must have the ability to handle correspondence professionally and effectively Must be comfortable and adept at answering inbound calls Filing and organizational skills are a must Experience as a Leasing Consultant is highly desirable Understanding of Property Management is beneficial Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucialRobert Half puts you in the best position to succeed by advocating on your behalf and promoting you to employers.
