Description We are offering a short-term contract to full time position as an Executive Assistant with our client in Metairie, Louisiana. This role is based in the industry and will involve working closely with management, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Responsibilities: Managing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and FedEx deliveries Organizing and coordinating meetings, including ordering food for meetings and events Utilizing software like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage tasks and information Maintaining and updating company information as required Handling insurance claims and maintaining Certificate of Insurance records Assisting in administrative duties such as ordering business cards and supplies, creating folders, etc. Ensuring preparedness for emergencies, and handling leasing and leasing reports Utilizing skills in Concur, CRM, Calendar Management, and Commercial Property Management Coordinating appointments and events within the company Processing and maintaining accurate customer credit applications and recordsRequirements Proven experience in using Concur for travel and expense management Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions Demonstrated ability in calendar management, effectively scheduling and prioritizing appointments Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling correspondence and conference calls Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents Experience in coordinating events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee coordination Proven ability in coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring timely communication Experience in commercial property management, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and lease administrationRobert Half puts you in the best position to succeed by advocating on your behalf and promoting you to employers.
