Flour Moon Bagels is looking to add an additional full time baker to the team. We work in a positive, upbeat environment and need someone who works well as a team and in a high volume environment. We hand roll every bagel and kettle boil them the traditional way. We all take pride in the food we serve and are looking for someone equally as passionate who wants to learn and grow with us.
Experience:
-Minimum 2 years in a professional bakery or pastry department
-Understanding of and experience with yeasted breads and sourdough
Must be available on weekends and able to work early mornings.
Tips are shared equally among front and back of house, based on hours worked per shift. Paid time off is provided.
