For Immediate Hire:
We are seeking reliable professional Bartenders and Servers for our busy French Quarter hotel bar and restaurant. Shifts are 2:15-9:15 or 4pm-11:30pm. No late nights.
We are open every day of the year, so full availability is required, including holidays and weekends.
Please note that there is no drinking or drugs on the job in our workplace.
Important skills are:
Welcoming guests in a friendly professional manner.
Efficiently processing orders in the POS.
Crafting a variety of cocktails, especially the NOLA specialties.
Serving food with professional hospitality standards. Restaurant experience required.
Handling food and drink safely, with knowledge of proper sanitation.
Cooperating with team members.
Keeping up with fair share of cleaning and side work.
