Sneaky Pickle opened in 2014 and we expanded with the addition of Bar Brine in our new location for 4 years. We've spent a decade building personal relationships with small farmers and local fishermen and are driven by the creative use of these unique, local ingredients, in addition to baking all of our own bread. Its a lot of work, but its a fun and nurturing environment.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a solid foundation of classic techniques and knife skills, bring a productive and thoughtful attitude, and have a strong understanding of kitchen operations. This is a great opportunity to flex your creativity using the finest products the Gulf has to offer. We are a full tip pool, and during the busy season hourly pay is $28-$33/hour. We truly believe in work/life balance- shifts are typically 7.5-8.5 hours long, with most cooks working 30-40 hours a week. We make an effort to accommodate reasonable schedule flexibility, and our preferred candidate would have day and night availability.
