We are seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking and self-motivated individual capable of permforming tasks independently. Responsibilities include billing, load sheet management, trucking paperwork, and permit processing for a busy trucking company. The ideal candidate should possess strong organization skills, demonstrate flexibility and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexiblity as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments
Excellent communication and time managment skills.
