Oak & Ember, a contemporary gastropub in Buxton, ME is hiring for sous chef and line cook positions.
We are looking for ambitious, yet humble applicants for both positions. Experience in each role is preferred, but not necessary. Cleanliness, organization, and basic cooking skills required. 5 day weeks, working with an on site smokehouse, in house pasta program, live charcoal grill and ever changing menu based on seasonality and the best ingredients we can source.
