Apartment Maintenance Person

Experience person needed in older apartment buildings. Most buildings are in Brunswick, with a few in Freeport. Good skill set and knowledge needed in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating issues along with some painting skills. Good problem solver, troubleshooting and thoroughness. Yard work, snow blowing, some lifting. Ability to work independently. Must be dependable. Hand tools and a valid drivers license needed. Company vehicles provided on the job. Needs to live within 10 miles of Brunswick. This is a full time, weekly payroll hourly position.
