We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Alternate Assisted Living Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility. This role supports the Assisted Living Manager and ensures smooth operations in their absence.
Responsibilities: Support daily facility operations and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with all OHCQ regulations and facility policies. Assist with budget oversight and resource management. Maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents. Work with staff to ensure residents' care needs are met with dignity and respect.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; degree preferred
2+ years in residential care or leadership role
80 Hour Assisted Living Manager Course Certification (required)
Medication Technician certification (required)
CPR & First Aid certification (required)
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Point, general office responsibilities
